I eat 5-6 meals a day when I'm working, and 3-4 meals a day on my days off. It's so easy to eat healthy at work.

I eat 3 meals per day (probably too big of meals) and a snack in the afternoon and night. I need to work on this because I want to lose 10-15 lbs. It's just so hard when you REALLY love food.

I eat lunch and dinner but I do snack when I feel hungry...so if I'm hungry a few hours after lunch I'll grab something light...same goes after dinner...i don't let myself get too hungry because then I'll want to eat everything in sight...which is no bueno lol
