Mods here and I am happy with them. I have cleavage and side boob. I'd have had to go up in cc's to get that with another profile, I think, and I wouldn't have wanted to be any bigger! So the mods suit me just fine.

HP's here. I requested high profile though my PS said that was what he would have used anyway due to narrow chest wall and my request for no side boob. I do not have side boob. My only concern with the HP's is cleavage. I have cleavage and always have but do not want it to be wide. Mine are still in the process of swelling and no d & f f. So, I have wondered if the cleavage would have been better with mod + . Time will tell if the hp's were just right for me. I also chose hp's to avoid a look of weight gain which can occur with mod's. (Even with hp's and no side boob, my dh has commented that people will think I just gained weight, which is not what I want!!!)

I'm only 6 days out, so I have LOTS of changes to go through! But...I have 400 silicone gel HP unders, and I love, love, LOVE them! I have just enough side boob, that my size (D cup already) and shape look very natural for my frame.

All of my implants have been mods. I have a wide breast base, and need the width the mod provides. I do have side boobage, and I am happy with my implants.

I'm guessing mod+ is the mod high, which is what I have.
Love them! I get get a cleavage (with a bra), and have a bit side boob (which I thin can be quite sexy).

I have mentor mods(sils) and love them. I knew mods were known for more "side boob" and I did not want this. I made a deal with my PS...if he wanted to use mods (which he pretty much always does as to achieve a more natural look) then he would have to dissect pockets that would not allow for much side boob. I think "no side boob" was the last thing I said to him on the day of my surgery. I got what I wanted.

The thing I really wanted was great cleavage.
I went with mod + and I'm very happy.
The first couple of weeks I thought I should have gone smaller or with HP.
Now I'm perfectly content. Every day gets better.
Even with no bra I am getting some nice cleavage.
As they soften and drop and fluff it just gets better.
