Talking Save 3 K and Finance the Rest?

Silicone implants from the doctor I'm thinking of with a cash discount is $5700. I originally planned on saving the whole thing, but now I am wondering if maybe I should save 3k not counting money I plan on putting aside for after care and new bras and finance the other $2700 12 months same as cash? At the end of the week I should have 1900 saved up. YAY!!!

My only other debts are a car and SL payment.

sounds like you're handling your finances just fine, so i'd say go for it. lots of girls save half and finance the rest (which i think is a pretty smart idea). you know - if your credit card company's interest isn't too high maybe you could just charge the rest (and save yourself the loan paperwork) too. either way, i think you should

That's exactly what I am planning to do. I am saving half ($3100) and financing the other half. I found a PS that is charging $700 less for silicone than another PS I was considering and he has worked on one of my JBI friends. As soon as I save the cash, I'm making my appointment.
