Fake look vs. natural look

I love love love the fake look. I unfortunately got Mod+ implants 10 days ago so I don't think the upper pole fullness will stay long but...I just love all kinds of big boobs so I'm not too worried.
There's always next time right? hehe

I told my ps I wanted natural. I have friends that have the balls but for me wanted the natural look. I want people to question if i was born with them or not.....lol.

I like the way both look...for me I'm going with a natural look with the hope that an awesome push up bra will let me play them up and show them off every once in a while!

I answered Natural for myself but love both looks tremendously. I went with a more natural option for myself because I was 44.5 for my first breast augmentation and felt that I wanted to still look my age.

However, I see SOOO many BAs that have that fake look and I love how they look on certain ladies/body types.

Boobylicious is just beautiful!

I love the gentle slope of natural breasts, even some sagging. I'm 41 and I think getting high round boobs would almost be as if I was trying to look younger, which isn't what this is about at all.

Having said which, I think fake-looking boobs are hot as well.

I *thought* I wanted a more natural look or that's what I told my PS anyhow.

After having natural for 10 months...I really like the fake look but just didn't realize that what's I wanted for myself.

Yep! Natural for me too. It is because of the age factor. I am sure that people will still notice that I had mine done, but that is because just a few minutes ago I used the measurement info and found out that my measurements are actually a small A with a 38 bwd. The fake look is smokin hot, though.
