i like a natural fake look. i don't like big natural boobs, but love a nicely done boob job that's a good size lol

Definitely fake look.
If I decide to undergo such invasive operation, I want the results to worth the surgery, so I want to have very big breast, highly filled lips or grand butt. And honestly, I don't like the look of the majority of big natural breasts - I prefer firm and round ones.

Another reason is that I hate to deceive anybody. If I don't look naturally as I want, why to pretend that i do? If my genes didn't made me perfect, I want to fill in what they haven't done and everybody should see that it was ME who shaped my body to it's final form. That's why I prefer absolutely fake look of all surgically enhanced body parts.

on others i like both. But when i get mine i want them as natural looking as possible, even though part of me would enjoy having the fun look, i'd prefer natural most of the time, so i gotta go with that.

I don't like the orange-halves, bolted on look, but I don't mind good ol', fake looking breasts; nice and big..lol. I wanted a more natural appearance which I got because I have a nice slope but I like the fact that if I want, I can make them look fakey

it can go either way for me i suppose. but i saw this girl who had implants but they were so so so so so so far apart i didnt like it, each implant touched her arm.

before I got my breast augmentation I wanted the more real look...BUT now that I have them I want the fake(porn star) look, I wish I would have gone atleast 200-250cc more and that would have given me the fake look

but I'm planing a redo to go too 600-650 cc, hoping for next yr

I like fake with a little bit of natural. I love the size, roundness, and projection of fake, but love the hang, jiggle and movement of natural looking. So having big fake round boobies that hang and jiggle would be amazing!

I have to say i like them both. There are times i would love to have that fake round look so much then there are times i want to look natural. I notice i can get both looks. If i wear a good push up bra I will get that huge round ball cleavage look for a nice dress. But if i want to look natural I wear a non push up bra.

Large & natural. You can always push those babies up with FOH bra & make em look fake!!!! Plus my silicones bounce
