I love the big fake look but not too big. I dont like the orange bolted on look. I do not like anything over 1000cc, just a little too fake, but anything under 1000cc I think looks awesome on most women.

I prefer the natural look for me. I want to look like I always had them.

I like the fake look too, if I was younger. Since I am older they naturally go south, so if I were to have the fake look, they would scream out fake boobs here.

Fake.. because most ppl's natural big boobs (unless they're in their early twenties) SAG. which is not cool.. lol. So i'd rather the perky push up fake look. But then again not the bolt on.. balloon boobs lol. just... large and perky i guess?

i like both looks. i would love to have the natural look when i get mine, but i also would like them to look like i'm wearing a push up even when i am braless. so i guess i'm stuck inbetween.

It dipends of the body. An atheltic and thin body with the fake look for me it's better, but for my not so skinny figure i prefer the natural look!

I want huge and natural, which as I understand it is not really possible. So I am trying to figure out how to balance CCs vs natural. It's not easy as I am pretty thin.

I want to look like one of those one-in-a-million skinny women with a God-given huge bust.

I answered fake look, because i have already had natural looking boobs (with my first breast augmentation) and they dissappear in clothes, and i am very unhappy with them. If im paying all this money for boobies, i WANT people to know that they are fake! (I am only 19 yrs old, so this is definitely a mindset for a younger girl. Will probably change as I get older)

is there maybe a general difference between younger and older women?
i think 15 years ago, a "normal" woman did not want to achieve the fake look. today it is pretty normal. and you are right: fake boobs might look really hot especcially on young woman!

Natural for me and that's what I got!
They just look like a fuller version of what I had.
As time goes on they look more and more natural.

Whatever floats your boat. Personally I'm going for a larger than natural look but not overly bubble like. Does that make sense?
