Rippling

Just wondering, do you have rippling? Traction rippling or otherwise. And what type of implants do you have? Since there won't be enough poll options to have minor, major and no rippling for each implant type if you vote yes feel free to specify!

Please vote only if your implants are healed enough that you can tell! If you're only a couple of days on it's impossible to know.

I have saline unders and have ripples that I can feel along with bottoms and sides of my breast. I would say it's minor b/c I cant see my ripples, just feel them when I run my fingers across those areas.

Ditto to what Amay77 said. I have salines, under and can feel rippling on the out sides and bottoms, not visible as of now though (6 weeks post-op). I can only feel them when I bend over.

I also have smooth saline unders and have slight rippling along the bottom of my breast. I can't see it, but I can feel it. If I bend over and dangle my arms, I can see slight rippling on the sides. (Thankfully I'm not in that position nude often) LOL

I am going with mod+ smooth salines with my revision/redo. My PS thinks this will help with the rippling.

Ina: I'm glad you are doing so well!

I have no rippling with my smooth silicones. I have tried all sorts of positions to see if I can see or feel any. One of the reasons I chose silicone was because I have no breast tissue of my own (none, nada).

Yes, I do see rippling (Smooth Saline, partial unders) when I bend forward (in the doggy style position, hehe); but, that is the only time I see it....Interesting enough, the rippling occurs only on my larger boob - the smaller boob does not ripple...?

Yes, I have some rippling but so far, it isn't visible but can clearly be felt along the inside edges and bottom of my boobs. It does seem to be getting worse which I'm worried about, but as long as it's not visible I guess it isn't too much of an issue for me. I have textured, round, Mod+ overs.

i voted "yes textured silicone" but my rippling is very slight. its not visible and i can only feel it on my lefty - which was always smaller - in the cleavage area. otherwise all ok

my PS had told me that is was nothing to worry about and that it happened because i had less skin tissue in lefty. he said that it might go away in time and in fact it seems to be going away slowly.

I can feel mine but can only see them when slightly bent or further bent over.
My ripples did not happen until I was 9 months post op.

i have smooth silicone unders and no ripplings
however, a couple of weeks ago, on my bigger breast (R) i though i was getting rippling on the cleavage area.
i must say i was extremely thin skinned in that area pre breast augmentation
but as the implants have settled more and the skin stretched further, i don't get that impression any more. i think it was just the skin stretching more than actual rippling

oops I voted for the wrong one (no,textured saline, that 1 there is me).
Sorry I should have voted textured silicone and no rippling, but my implants are quite small and my own tissue completely hides them (my boobs ate my implants!)

I do have some rippling with saline (smooth, round). If I ever have a redo I will opt for smooth, round, silicone (less chance of rippling). I wanted silicone the first time around but didn't qualify because I didn't get a lift.

I voted yes, i have smooth saline. I have rippling at the bottom of my boobs, but it's only visible if i bend all the way over, so i avoid that position!....It doesn't look noticeable in any other areas....whew!

I have no rippling with my silicone smooth cohesive gel unders. I'm just over 7 months post-op without any problems (fingers crossed). I had no boobs to start with.
