I love my Mod+. I chose Mod+ because I could get the 350cc's I wanted with the Mod+, but could only get 250cc in the same diameter (12cm) Mod. It wasn't about projection for me, it was about cc amount! I love them! They are perfect and I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world!

I am pretty sure mine are teardrop, anatomical, low profiles. (1991)

For my re-do I want to get either HP or Moderate Plus, but I am not sure yet.

Are you getting saline or silicone? I think there is a difference between salines and silicones when it comes to dimensions. If I recall correctly, a Mod saline is similar to a Mod+ silicone, but don't quote me on that. If you look at the implant charts, you'll see what I mean. I had HP's and didn't like them for me. I have Mod+ right now and I like them.
