My opinion is when after a woman has a child and gets older, her breast tends to change and deflate in size. Personally, I believe any woman who has a BA after those changes, it should be consider reconstructive surgery. To me it means restoring the breast back to its original shape. Same thing with Tummy Tucks / Muscle repairs due to childbirth.. I think that should be reconstructive surgery.

I think in my case its a little of both. restoring my breast( reconstructive) and enhancing my breast size(cosmetics)

My b/a was totally cosmetic. There wasn't anything wrong with my breasts before, I just wanted them bigger!

IF you weren't born with it - it's cosmetic - if you were born with it but a pregnancy (which seems to be the main cause of difference) has made you the way you are now - its reconstructive.

Voted Roconstructive to me

Reconstructive to me.

I loved my pre-children breasts. They were not huge, but I wouldn't have gotten a BA if I still had them.

On the other hand,... I am hoping to go much bigger, so there is def a cosmetic factor at play.
