How much weight did you gain after your breast augmentation

Thats what im worried about - im trying to work out HEAPS atm so hen i get my surgery when i put weight on its not th ends of the wrold. What did you do to speed up your metabolism? and how far post op did your doc say you could excercise?

Lol I actually lost 5 pounds and I am 10 days post op right now. I think it mostly has to do with not going to the gym to maintain my muscle and not drinking my protein shakes.

I actually lost weight from eatting less.

I gained 10lb just about, But its mostly gone at 1 month post op.

I ranged between 103-108 before I got my breast augmentation. I've been between 108-112 ever since. I'm pretty sure my boobies don't weight 5 pounds LOL, but I've been completely too lazy since my surgery

The weight you gained could be from bloating??? I gained like 6 lbs from bloating but it goes away after 1-2 weeks. Just keep drinking water and eating foods high in fiber.

i have lost a few pounds too. but i didn't eat for 4 days after surgery. i couldn't hold anything down.
i'm not as hungry because i still can't train!

i feel disgusting and flabby.... can hardly wait to fully recover.

I gained around 5 to 6 lb and I even eat less then normal and drink ton of water.
