How did you pay for your breast augmentation?

i'm paying $6000 through my line of credit and my boyfriend is paying $2500.

and it's funny, because HE just sold his bike too and bought a new one!!! hence he's able to just give me cash instead of putting it on his line of credit

i get boobs, he gets a new bike..

whats with men and their motorbikes?!

mind you, i can't WAIT to be the hot BUSTY blonde on the back!!

i haven't voted cos there is no place for the government!!!

we got a stimulus package in Dec ($3000) and then one in Mar ($2800) and the balance was a bank loan!!!!

I have been a sahm for 9 years now, started back to school last fall, and my husband got them as a birthday presant for me this year. My b-day was on March 3rd, I got my breast augmentation on the 19th. I have been wanting them for years know. Finaly have them and other then the healing rollercoaster, I love them.

Paid in cash (bank cheque - same as). I avoid loans at all cost. I much prefer to wait for investments returns then pay something off. I prefer to the feeling of owning than owing

Yeah well he got a new motorcycle, and I got the boobs, but I think I kind of got the short end of the deal...since the boobs seem to be just as much for him as for me!!! So he ended with ALL the toys!

Hey I got the same deal, but he got a boat too!!!

i think it's kinda weird to "finance" a breast augmentation. if you can't pay for it with cash, as in you can't afford to actually "own" your new breasts, then it just seems weird for me that you would finance them like a car.

i paid for mine and i paid for everything in cash.

Not sure how to answer....I'm a stay at home mom, so i don't bring in any income, but Dh and I consider all of our $ to be "ours" we made the decision for me to get a breast augmentation like all big decisions, together. I went to the bank got a cashiers check and paid in full at my pre op appt.

Paid in cash. Saved for a month or two and paid half when I scheduled my surgery and sent in the rest two weeks before my surgery date. I felt guilty about it costing so much so I pulled a couple of extra shifts.

hahaha, ya well I was really happy that my parents were willing to pay for mine. My mom always regretted not having a chest, so she wanted to give me the opportunity that she never had. She thought at her age it wasn't worth it, but with me being 17, that I should go ahead and have it done.

My husband paid for them in full, cash up front!
He had received a $6,000 bonus while I was pregnant and offered to use it towards my breast augmentation as a gift after the baby. He saved up another 1,700 (total breast augmentation cost was $6,700) and put into a CD until the day came to pay for them.

He will also be paying for my re-do if I decide to have one; I'm considering downsizing.
