I didn't have any stretch marks from my first two breast surgeries and even after my girl....my milk didn't come in till the day she was born and wham they went from a AA to a B in a manner of a day...almost like a breast augmentation! But after the last revision (third) the stretch marks appeared but not too bad. I've been using Renova and they already are starting to fade (fingers cross!)

I already have them from pregnancy, breastfeeding

At the moment cos my skin is empty and saggy it puckers so the stretchies look worse, once I get my breast augmentation the skin will tighten so they won't look so gross ( I hope!).

i voted other...i already had stretch marks before breast augmentation from weight loss

i guess the good news is since my skin had already been stretched out pre breast augmentation then no NEW stretch marks? lol

i didnt get any new ones PO but did have them after my 2 breastfed babies so now they just show up more....mostly on the undersides!

I luckily didn't get any at all, but I also never got them anywhere from two pregnancies, I think it depends a lot on an individuals skin.

As weird as it sounds, I have verryy faint stretchmarks from when I first grew boobs (all the way to an A Cup- wow!) So I was really nervous that the same thing would happen after my breast augmentation, assuming I was just very prone to them.

In order to avoid this I used Nivea lotion (loaded with Vitamin E) for about 2 weeks before my breast augmentation date and still put it on everyday after the shower. So far so good!

I have stretch marks from weightloss.i have stretch marks by the top of my areola and all in the bottom. im wondering if u ladies can tell me what i can use to make them go away,?? I'm 2 weeks post op...thanks girls

Like another girl said, a lot of it is genetics. Other factors would be what you start with and what you get.

I had a very stretched out deflated 36b, from breastfeeding two kids and loosing 20lbs in 6 months. So I had "skin" that was per say pre-stretched. ALTHO, PS did tell me when we discussed sizing what size I could go, and the fact I could go bigger but did tell me what sizes would surely give me stretch marks.

I got mild white stretch marks from breastfeeding. They look better with the breast augmentation than they did pre-breast augmentation.

I do not have my implants yet but this is the same for me. I have been told. Plus when they are in a push up the SM's disappear

I'm 2 and a half months post op and I don't have them and I'm sure I won't because my boobs have stretched. I also didn't get stretch marks from my 2 pregnancies either and I gained 50-60 pounds with both. I think in the end...its a matter of genetics and age that determines if you will get them or not.
