I'm getting unders also... I also have very little tissue, and that is all my PS does!!

I had no real preference before talking to my PS. She recommended unders so that's what I'm going with. Yes, she did have reasons that she explained to me, but it's late and my brain is getting fuzzy and I can't remember them now.

Getting overs. PS said easier recovery, and that I had the correct amount of tissue for this procedure. I'm also an athlete, and he felt this would be the better way to go.

I got unders. I didn't have a lot breast tissue to begin with, so I didn't have much of a choice! I'm glad I have unders though, b/c of the lower risk of cc and the the chance that ripples may not be so apparent
