Where is your implant placed, or where will it be placed?

I have partial unders.

Same here. He never even gave me a choice of partial or overs.

I have partials and can feel the implant under my breast and the outsides. I was told the upper part of the implant is covered by muscle, the lower half isn't.

I have unders but no idea whether they're partial or full. I guess the only way to find out is to ask my PS, and you know what that's like. I've read on various sites that there are partial unders, like Jess said only the top part is under the major pectoral muscle, and that there are fully submuscular, which is under both top and lower muscles. So what gives? I dunno.

I think mine are partial unders. But that's just a guess because I can feel the implant at the bottom of my breasts.

I couldn't have overs (not enough breast tissue) and my PS recommended against unders because of my fitness routine, so I have subfascials instead
