Poll*Breast when lying down

I am curious to see how many women are happy with the space between their breast when in "lying down" on back position. I am thrilled with my breast in upright position but can't stand them when I am lying on my back.

I have already voted. That would be a "no". I have posted my 6 month pic in bra and in same album are pics taken I believe in May that show me lying down. Not happy at all in this position.

I voted yes. Mine go to the sides some when I lay down, but that seems normal and natural to me. I wouldn't want them to stay right next to each other and stand up - too fake looking for my taste.

Thank you ladies for the participation. It is a tight race so far. I am rather surprised because I was thinking most were pleased with their breast in this position. It makes me wonder more about dissecting pockets and natural breast positioning..I have marked the poll for 10 days and will post results to let you know what the general populous of those who voted turns out to be. I think a lot of us started so small, that we never experienced this before and are shocked when it happens. However, I do think most natural breasts slide towards your armpits (mine always did, not like freakishly, but my breasts were just shaped in the way that they wanted to go to the sides a little).

I think we obsess as well, as most of our husbands or boyfriends are too busy going "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOBS!" and wanting to touch them than to think we have weird boobs just because this happens. I know women do this for everything (obsessing about hair, shoes, an outfit looking sexy or cute when men don't give a rat's ass about any of it) and that everyone wants the "best result" for their breasts, but I personally have no problem with my boobs doing something that they would have done if they were larger naturally anyway.

Totally agree queen..but have you seen my "space"..There is nothing sexy about these twins sending letters to one another during intimacy! Nothing! My DH can almost lie between them ...ughhh..saying that in itself wasn't right. I have to put my arms next to my sides with my hands up like a robot bended at the wrist so I can rest the hands themselves on his back.... just so I can move them closer together...TMI..Sorry. I've gone off on a tangent..Need to check my starch thread.

Yep your right, having smaller breast we don't recognize it, than we get large boobs and we're wondering why our breast are taking up root in our armpits. Not Right!

LOL! Does it bother your husband? So far mine just thinks my boobies are the most glorious thing ever and when I complain about things, he just reaches out to "inspect the problem" - Yeah right!! Coppin' a feel more like it!

I think yours don't look too bad, to me anyway, but I kind of think it looks natural (jmho).I don't think you want them like, wrapping around your back LOL or buying real estate for life deep in your armpit hahaha but a little sliding is OK, unless it hurts you in some way.

Just my opinion! As always, I think most things are fixable and we should be as comfy with our bodies as possible, so you can always ask your PS how it can be fixed?

No he doesn't mind them but I'm trying to enjoy the moment all the while thinking.."please don't lie down all the way..they're far enough apart"..but don't want to ruin any moments.

Hey girl! You already know I was in the same boat pre redo, but now I am much happier! But I am only 2 weeks post and I am terrified of my pockets getting stretched again. I wear 2 sports bras 24/7 and am constantly pulling them in to make sure they heal as close together as possible! I don't lie down w/out a bra often, but when I do I have about 3-4 finger gap in between which is fine. I used to have more than a hand width. I know natural boobs fall to the sides a bit, I had natural boobs pre-breast augmentation that fell into my armpits when they were saggy. But not as much when they were perky, which is why I didn't feel that my fake boobs should do it either, I payed for perky!

PS told me the only way to fix space was to get bigger implants. I told him from the get go I didn't want my breast to be pen pals. I asked him if we could suture pockets on sides thus eliminating the side boobage a little and he said if we did that the nips would point outward...YIKES..no way. That's all I need is my nipples pointing East and West. lol. So I have what I have until I go bigger. And that's not happening any time soon.

I'm no ps, so I am not saying yours is wrong at all. But when I went to my original PS he said I needed a bigger implant too or switch to overs. I didn't like either of those options (I had bigger implants before and had him switch them for smaller ones, they were not any closer together btw). I got a 2nd opinion who said my pockets def needed tightening. He actually used hp's that are more narrow than my old mod+, overfilled the crap out of them (making them even narrower from what I've heard), and they are still closer together. I still have a good amount of side boob, but with my old implants I had loads of it, so my pockets were definately to blame. Maybe that's where we are different?

I put yes...because they do look pretty natural on my back but......one thing that does bother me is when I stand I can push my boobs together so that they touch without any problem (I'm naturally wide apart) but when I lie on my back I can't do that...part of the problem is their under the muscle and when I lie on my back and squeeze them together (or try to) the muscle seems to get involved and does that strange boob contortion. Why is this problem....well....um...my husband wants to slide something in between while we are doing various positions...I think you guys know what I mean. Anybody have a suggestion to get them to go together on your back?

No, sorry, I'm in the same boat. Unless I get on my knees and then they come together and that I don't is even possible. Can't have face and boobs involved at the same time..sorry if just be as blunt and honest as it comes.

yea, I mentioned that and he said if he sutured pockets my nips would point outward.. I wasn't happy with that answer. I suspect he did dissect the pockets too much but what are the odds of a PS admitting that? After looking at another woman on here who has HP and doesn't like them, I thought wow, they look great. Maybe that is what I should have opted for. Hearing so much about side boob, I've come to the conclusion that some PS push the hype about it but it's not always what's it's cracked up to be. Don't get me wrong, I like my side boob, but if eliminating some of it would have given me the results I wanted that I would have done just that.

I guess I haven't noticed much of a difference. Mine are about 2 fingers spaced apart. I will be sure to pay attention now though. They have definitely moved closer together since the very beginning, which I am happy about...I want some cleavage darn it! Can't wait till push-ups will work for me...come on D&F!

I wish mine were a tad bit further apart. I some times miss my old space I used to call it the "silicone valley" Now it is a host for random food crumbs, sweat, and bugs! TMI? LOl!
