did/do you massage and/or wear a strap?
Some PSs tell you to massage and some don't.
Some tell you to wear a compression strap and some don't. What did yours have you do? Massage? Strap? Both? Neither? When you vote, will you also post how long it took you to drop and fluff, if you already have? That way maybe we can see whether it makes a difference.

At one week post op I was told to start massage.
I was told to wear a strap for four weeks. Still too early to see changes yet. |

nothing! no massage and no strap.
i did however make sure they were creamed every day to avoid sretch marks, and i looked after the incisions with a gel that i rubbed over the scar religiously for months. |

I dont have to massage per my PS but I did wear the strap for 2 weeks.
And according to my PS visit last Monday I have already dropped (yay me!). He said I may see a slight notice over the next couple of weeks/month but I have dropped all I probably will. |

At 4 weeks post-op, I just started massaging and I've been wearing my strap 24/7 since day 1. I'll be massaging for the next year and will be wearing my strap mainly overnight for the next 2 weeks or until I'm happy with them.

Hey there...my PS had me started on massage the morning after surgery. I didn't have a strap or a sportsbra/compression garment. I dropped to my target creaselines the first week & did most of my fluffing on Day 15. That's pretty early from what I've seen on the forum, but not uncommon for my PS's patients. I was never riding high so they didn't have far to drop.
I still had to wait about 2 months for the other part of dropping, where the upper volume shifts & completely rounds out the area beneath the nipples.

Oh gosh! I was only thinking of the "other part of dropping" where you lose the upper pole fullness and the "fluffing" that happens after THAT. I feel ignorant, now. I didn't even know some people have to drop to their "target creaselines." ??? I've never heard of that. Do you mean where you can see the implant actually sitting above the breast, like a weird bump? Because my leftie has that for sure. It's gotten slightly better over the four weeks but still looks weird. |
