Overs or Unders with your lift

Hello Ladies...

I am wondering how many of you that had the saggy boobies that were stretched out from pregnancy, breast feeding or weight gain/loss pick overs or unders with your lift and why...

I got unders and did not do the lift..... I was very deflated and saggy but I am glad that I choose unders my poor non elastic boobies would have never held up with overs... Sad to say That I hate my size and I need to correct my recurring bottoming out so I will indeed get a lift and smaller ones...

Thanks ladies...I am thinking after doing some reading that unders is the way to go to help keep things in place and not to put extra stress on my stretched out boobies.

I got unders textured with my lift. my surgeon said it was the best to keep things perky.

I'm getting under with lift. I have little to no breast tissue, sagging after breastfeeding two hungry boys LOL.

I got unders with a benelli lift. The lift and the unders worked out great. I have nice firm boobs. Not so bad for being 50 and having nursed 3 babies!!
Unfortunately I bottomed out on one side so I need a revision

That really has nothing to do with the lift, it's just one of those lousy complications we are warned about when we sign on for a BA.

My plastic surgeon advised me that plastic surgeon now days rarely use the over method and that doesn't recommend that women get their implants under no matter what they're filled with. He also stated that if the implant is under the muscle, that it would less likely move around, and give you other problems. He said the main difference besides the look is the healing process. Unders take longer than overs to heal because they are under your muscle. Hope this helps.

Hey there! I had a Benelli lift with unders. I guess I just always figured I would go with unders as I have heard they are more natural. I don't know about that anymore after seeing girls on here who have had overs. Anyhow, I had pretty saggy breasts from weight loss, and am so happy with my lift and unders. I am only 2.5 weeks out, and they are nice and firm right now, not too high, and I think I still have lots of D & F to do. I guess it just depends on your preference and what your plastic surgeon thinks is best for you. I'm happy with my choice though, hope that helps!

I got unders/saline/benelli and wanted a natural look. I am so happy with my results so far. I, personally, didnt want a fake boob look. It works for some, but doesnt fit my personality. I feel very attractive with my current style and size.

I got unders with a lollipop lift. I wasn't given the choice, my doc told me I would get unders, but I belive overs would possible make you sag more (or again if you get a lift). Could be wrong I dunno but seems from reading the majority of posts on here that unders is the way to go. good luck.

That's exactly the same reason I have unders. If I had overs my already thin and saggy skin would have stretched out and I don't have enough breast tissue to cover overs.

I don't have mine yet, but the decision has been made. On December 15th I'm getting a lollipop lift with silicone unders. I have tissue left, but saggy from weight loss.

I got a lift & got overs. I wanted overs for the fake look. I dont know too many girls that have overs but I wanted the fake look. I like overs. The recovery was great. I am not noticing the sag at all. My plastic surgeon already told me that I will need another lift 8-10yrs. I already had lots of skin & tissue so I have normal saggy boobs & the lift & overs make them look awesome.
