![]() | I wore the bra my PS gave me for about two weeks and then wireless bras. At his suggestion I went braless at around one month and I really feel that contributed to my bottoming out. If I could do it over I would not have gone braless! |

I voted Sports Bra, but it was the Sports Bra my PS gave me. I voted Sports Bra though because you can buy them from K-Mart... I had to wear it for two weeks straight (only remove during shower) it was pretty comfy though and I wore it for about three weeks. |

my ps said no bras at all are best and to wait 4-6 weeks to buy an expensive bra. So, i didn't wear nething til like 10 days post op unless i was going out then i wore a sports bra. Now, i still only wear sports bras b/c they feel most comfortable and plus i am trying to unfortunatly hide my new boobs from most ppl...only a few know so...but i might as well give it up b/c come summer i'm out of luck haha

i was told surgical bra or tight sports bra during the day for the first 3 weeks to help create cleavage.. at night i could go braless or in a cami with the shelf bras in them. after that i could wear whatever, even wireless.

I wasn't given anything besides the strap and he hasn't yet mentioned anything about bras so I assume he won't want me to try wearing anything yet

I wore the fairly tight sports bra my ps gave me. I'm now wearing 'the strap of misery' to get them to drop more. He says if I can't wear the strap to wear nothing or a very loose bra. Now I'm wondering if I hadn't worn the tight sports bra, if maybe I would have dropped more quickly. Second guessing does no good and I guess we're all different. I think they are looking better now after a week and a half in the strap.

my p.s. told me to go braless as much as posisble to give them a chance to drop. i had a correction in my left breast (tuberous breast) and she wanted the impant to drop into the revised area (i can't remember what she called it). at 4 weeks, she told me to wear any kind of bra i wanted. vigorous cardio (i.e. running) requires a TIGHT athletic bra, normal cardio (i.e. step mill) normal athletic bra. i bought new bras last week both have underwire. i go without a bra as much as possible still -- usually at home only.

After my breast augmentation, I wore the compression bra given to me by my PS...it also has a strap attached to it. I was also told I could wear a sports bra with a strap given to me by my PS.
