I am six months post-op, and my girls are soft and jiggly, and quite large. I love them. But they hang separately. There is only an inch between them, which feels respectable, but still they seem to live in their own worlds, especially in a triangle bikini. Even in a VS push-up bra, when I wear a low cut shirt I just get a demure hint of cleavage. I can't achieve the "cleavage" effect. With the right lighting, bra, and angle, as in my avatar, I look like I have cleavage. But in real life, nah!

I am HAPPY now! For about a week I was afraid of having symastia because pre-ba I had a 3 finger gap and now I have 1. I contacted a different ps for a second opinion and he said I look GREAT with NO signs of symastia

I voted not enough cleavage, I guess if I found the right bra to push them together not upwards I could get one though! My pre ba boobies were wide apart and my ps told me to just expect the same but bigger so I'm not complaining really, I do love my boobies as they are now, at least I now have a decent pair!

With out a bra my boobies are 2 fingers width apart. they have been getting a little closer now that i am wearing the strap. I can actually make them touch too. I think that once i fully drop and fluff i will be able to get good cleavage, or at least i hope so.

i LOVE my clevage! well i love my boobies but my clevage if i put a pencil between it it holds it but doesnt smoosh it! When i went in for the consult, my doc didnt say anything good about my boobs except my boobs came together very nice (if u picked them up and pushed them together of course! lol so i voted i love them! I am only one week post....does the clevage become better or worse?

Love my cleavage, but sometimes I find its a bit too "in your face" so I cover them up more than I did before my BA.

Lack of cleavage is my one & only complaint! I talked to my PS at my 3-month checkup & he said we can discuss it more at my 6-month checkup (seven weeks to go...)! He said that he can put in a wider-base implant, hold the side-boob & projection where where they are now, and I will get more cleavage & more volume in the upper/inner pole. I'll need to go from the 420cc implants that I have now to about 580-600. And HOPEFULLY, I'll go from a D to a DD!!!!!!

I've never been a big fan of cleavage. I don't want any. I like side boob more than anything. I wear tops that come up to my neckline and all the way to the beginning of my butt.

... and usually long sleeved. I am VERY conservative/ modern/ 80's retro. I just want to knock um dead in my clothes. Maybe your ps can fill you up a bit more.

Mine is way to close. Symmastia close!! But they do look nice without support. But if I where a bra I get a uni-boob!! Not fair!! Ohh well!!

I am 2 months out and have not completely fluffed and dropped, I dont think, anyway, I think that there is about 1 inch inbetween them, when I lie down they seem to disappear uner my arm somewhere, LOL! I can wear a good bra and get what I want but I wish I has more cleveage, But the PS also told me it was the way my natural breasts were shaped , but so far I am pleased!!!! Jennifer

I have no cleavage to speak of. When standing up I have about 3 fingers width between them w/o a bra. When I lay down they go way out to each side. I can get them closer with a good push up bra but it does tend to look very round, not natural like some of the ladies.

I'm still floored that given the fact that I wear a 32dd/34d alot of you look so much bigger than I do. Even with mod+ I still look like I have wide flat boobs!
