Did You Purchase Enhanced Advantage Warranty?

My PS purchases it and fills everything out for ya. He'll have a pack for me with everything I need at my 2 week.

I got the enhanced warranty for free for being in a 10 yr study. I figured it was worth my time to fill out some papers every year. Anyone can get the warranty for free for doing the study. There is a time period that you have to enroll by after you have your breast augmentation. My ps did not know anything about this I did my homework on the computer found out the info and told my ps. I even called Mentor myself and found out some of the info. I told him I wanted to do it and they got all the paperwork I needed. They faxed all the info in for me.

I'm still considering it. I need to decide quickly though... thanks for reminding me. LOL

I got the brochure and have to go online and do it myself (or send in the form)

I have Mentor implants. I ordered mine over the phone with a credit card. They mailed my warranty info. If you call, you will need your device card.

The free offer is only for the silicone. I called just to make sure.

I just paid my $100 online today.

ps--> I got saline that must be why its not free

I got the extended warranty free also for having silicone and being in the 10 year study. You also get $100 per follow up for a few of the follow ups, if I recall correctly. I'll be sure to attend those!! (I'd attend anyways though).

yep i got the extended warranty.
I got the info from my PS office when i came for final consult.
It's a wise investment, IMO.
