I have saline, partial unders. I didn't vote because I honestly can't remember which side dropped more first.

I don't think it really matters which side is the dominant side. You have to look at breast augmentation as two separate surgeries, one on each breast. They will go through the same changes but at their own pace. You also have to take in account that one side might have been more difficult for the PS to work on, or if one side needed more work (like scoring tuberous breast). Eventually, they will catch up to each other.

I'm right handed and my righty dropped first. I have no idea why. Leftie has almost caught up. Probably no one but me would notice a difference.

I never noticed any changes in dropping rates for my boobies. Did notice different pain zingerss tho. More on the left side even tho Im a rightie.

I'm right handed and had unders, and to me it seems my left one was the one to drop first.
