Hi laides,

Not sure this is posted in the right forum, and may seem a little bizarre. I am almost 3 weeks post op (Yay, back to gym soooon!!), so haven't been able to see the final results of my ba yet.

The reason for my ba other than to increase the size of my small breasts, was to improve on the shape, and make them fuller and more rounded.

Something I always found very strange, and really upset me, was that my breasts would change shape throughout the day, pre and even post op.

Sometimes, they can look nice and rounded, (looking from the top down) and other times horribly pointed and torpedo like. Actually, once they are stimulated, they often change to the nice and rounded look...I so wish they looked like that all the time.

I know people on here say that one shouldn't expect much of a change in shape post op to what we were pre op, but does this even seem normal?!! My ps said he'd use high profile implants to help them seem fuller at the top, which I thought would sort this changing shape problem, but at present hasn't made a difference. I guess I have to face up

to the fact that this probably will not change unless I go really big and they've got no room to change! lol!

I guess what I'm hoping for here, is that there may be some similar sufferers out there who can assure me that I'm not abnormal in this way?!!

I'm moderately happy so far with my new additions, but they still have a long way to go, which I'm banking on will make me much happier even though this bug bear of mine is still present. However, like most other women post op, I am wishing I'd gone bigger, but I keep reminding myself to be content and happy with not having teeny boobs anymore!!

Hi Dashiki,
I find that my boozwams are similar to yours i.e. when the old nips are hard/cold the boob shape is much nicer and more rounded. That was pre op and remains the same post op.
I also find that they change shape throughout day, but only noticed this post op because I am constantly checking them!
It is early days for you yet, and I am positive you will feel better about your new additions as time passes. You are not abnormal at all, and I guess by having a BA we often imagine that we will have these perfect boobs straight out of a lad's magazine! In effect what we get are our own boobs but bigger and fuller.
I am looking forward to when my boobs "drop and fluff" (hope that it hasn't happened without me noticing!), but in the meantime, I have been hitting the shops and really enjoying trying on the tops I once lusted after, that now look great with my new shape.
