wow, already 1 month post op!! (working out??)

It is hard to believe already one month post op! woo hoo!!
I am looking forward to going back to the gym, does anyone have any sugestions in easing back into a workout??

I am also beginning to drop (slightly) and getting softer, thank goodness.. haha... I've really been searching high and low for a strapless bra. Right now I am in a 34 c, think I will stay this size? They all seemto have wire and slight pushup.. Is it too soon to start wearing a bra that has wire and a little pushup, I still need to drop! lol

I am also one month post op!
As far as going back to the gym, I started back last week after the ok from my plastic surgeon. I am pretty much starting from scratch to be on the safe side. I decided to forgo any kind of chest exercises for now. I am running. I was pretty fit pre BA so I am just listeneing to my body and bulding my endurance back. The first few minutes running felt very weird. I though my inplants were going to tear my chest muscles apart!!Now it feels great!

I am wearing a bra that has wire and a little pushup for a few hours a day at work or when I need to go out and need to wear something cute. My plastic surgeon said it was ok as long as I don't abuse it. As far as side I am wondering the same ?.
