Chest mucles and D&F
I had a question for all of you wonderful women. To all of you who have had your BA's for awhile, do you think it makes a difference on how strong (athletic strong) you pecs are on how quickly you D & F? I was just wondering if it made it easier to D & F or did it take longer because they are stronger?
Thanks guys

I was wonderin that too. I was even thinking that those who have NOT been working out will fluff quicker, but then again i wish my back muscles were stronger to hold up these puppies w/o hurting!

I'd think it would be quicker for those not working out as much..I find I have alot of problems with my implants being under my muscles with how much I lift weights..I always have my muscles pressing them down and to the side..making them look disfigured. Hence me opting for them being overs for my redo next year
Great topic for discussion though. I'd like to hear what'll be said by others ![]()

Good question
That is a good question. My left side muscle is tighter than my right so I feel that my left is taking longer to catch up to my right muscle. I have also stopped lifting any weights and am hesitant to start again.

For me personally I found the d&f took ages... I still dont think I am finished at 7 months.. and I am convinced it is because I had such tight pecs to start with... before my BA I lifted heavy weights virtually every day and I continued to lift weights although not as heavy up until about 3 months post op and then I decided to stop altogether because my boobs were just not dropping and my surgeon mentioned that the weights could be the cause. Dont get me wrong they didnt just drop overnight once I stopped but I could see drastic improvements. It has taken me until now (7months) to drop fully and I am convinced it was my own fault... I would recommend to anyone who lifts weights on a serious basis to stop a good 4 weeks before surgery and dont start again until at least 3 months post op. Just my opinion from my own experience x x

That was my worry. Though I am only 8 days PO, I have lifted heavy for years prior to doing this. But I don't want to slow my recovery. So Jayne, when you stopped, it seemed as though they fluffed more?
