I'm so confused and frustrated - JustBreastImplants.com Forums - Breast Augmentation, Breast Implants, and Plastic Surgeons

Hi ladies

I am so confused about my breast lift and implants. The many threads and post that I read a lot of you ladies were saggy 32 A's or really saggy, but with my situation is my breast sag, however; the majority of my breast tissue is at the bottom and when I wear my bras everything is pushed up, but............. AAAWWWWW see what I mean. CONFUSED!!! I am a 36 C maybe a D, but one breast doesn't really fill out the cup like the other. My nipples look like " cow utters" ( sorry to sound gross) but I have all the volume at the bottom. Just want my nipples to set the way they should pointing out not DOWN. Some of the people I tell that I am having my breast done, they all say " Why you have big tits!" And I always respond by saying, " Uuuh huh, wait until I take the bra off, it's a whole different story!"
This post that I'm sending to you even seems "CONFUSING". Sorry guys just want good results and..... sorry just frustrated

Gabrielle, I know exactly how you feel....Confusion is my normal state of mind lately.... I was told that with a lift that I would lose about a cup size if I did not have implants... I don't know if that is true but it does make sense...& with implants you can correct the defferent sizes of your breasts....

I'm sorry Gabrielle. I dont have advice for BL or large pre-ba boobs, mine were tiny. I know that confusion is normal and to be expected, there is so much out there and so much to take in. I second guessed myself many times on everything I was picking. Which is why I finally left it up to my PS, I couldn't take dealing with all of it - too much info!

I've seen pics of BL/BA and they've all looked wonderful and I'm sure you will look the same.

Gabrielle,

It sounds like you need to find a PS that you are comfortable with and trust! If you've chosen one, then try not to worry and believe that he/she will do what is needed for you.

I have a good friend who started out with large natural boobs and lots of sag. She had a BL/BA. I don't know all the details. I do know that she had quite a bit of tissue removed, had her nipple re-positioned, had a lollipop lift, plus implants to fill in what was removed. She looks beautiful! Her boobs are nice and big and perky! Her scars are not bad at all. Ok- she wishes she had gone bigger, but at the time, she just wanted to be re-filled. Yes, she had "big tits" before, but they only looked good when they were boosted up tight in a bra. Now they look good all the time. She is very happy she had it done. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that it can certainly turn out well. HTH!!

Sounds like normal feelings that we all get at one time or another. Surgery is a big step and can be scary and there's lots of uncertainty involved! If you are unhappy with yourself and you have the choice to fix something, I don't see why you wouldn't want to do it. Try to ignore ignorant people and do what makes you feel good. If having a BL & BA will make your breasts beautiful to you, then do it. (((hugs)))

This is exaclt what I was. Pre BA I was a 36C FULL and very flat with all of my tissue hanging very low. I was extremely saggy. But when I wore a bra. I looked good. My left one would slightly pop out of some C's but my right was fine.

The part about the whole different story is me too! My SIL who wentwith me to my consults, was shocked because she thought I was just big. Then she saw how saggy I was.

So, I had a full anchor lift with my implants at the same time. My PS suggested HP's because I had NO upper fullness. So you can see from my sig what I got. I am 4 weeks PO and the swelling is gone. As a matter of fact I went down 1 inch in a week!! So my final size is going to be 36DD, maybe E depending on the bra. And I love them!! I am so much happier looking at myself naked than before. Cuz now they look like real boobs and not deflated balloons!!
