Angry ARG! Morning Boob!

Ok , I get what you all mean by morning boob now...
Had morning boob for the first time this morning. OUCH!

They were really sore, they hurt the more than the whole recovery so far! Is it normal for them to hurt that bad???

Morning boob sucks...

I agree! But it doesnt really HURT me...just a lot of pressure, like when I used to nurse my baby, and he would wait to long in between feedings...Thats what it feels like to me...Dont get me wrong, very uncomfortable and annoying, but not painful. Anyway, it does suck, cause with nursing, you just feed the baby or use the pump and then its okay....with this, you just have to wait it out!

Not missing those days at all! Luckily, it went away after about 2 wks. Just massage as soon as you wake up. Don't even try to sit up. Just lay there and massage them. The aches will go away really quick, but it does not last forever.

Morning boob's a real pain! Mine got really sore, but I found it helped if I gave them a massage before I got out of bed, made the ache go down quicker...

I made sure to hold mine tightly to my chest when I got up from a reclining position, in the morning or whenever! It really helped. Then do some gentle stretching to loosen the muscles. I don't actually remember how long it lasted. It went away gradually and then it was gone. Maybe a month?
