Hello Ladies

I've been on and off for a long time, but haven't posted much on this forum...just read a lot. I had my BA with my TT on Oct. 5th. I have saline overs and thus far the recovery has been okay...the TT took the pain away from the boobs. I am a bit uncomfortable due to this boob binder that the PS is making me wear. He is also making me wear a sports bra with the boob binder. I've read that a lot of you are told to go braless for a while...I'm so jealous! I was wondering if the recovery is different for overs vs. unders? Does everyone have to wear this boob binder and sports bra during the first 3 weeks? Or, is this an "overs" thing? When can I expect for these "overs" to start dropping and soften? And...when can I go braless? I'm seeing my PS on Thursday, but I like going into his office fully charged with information.

I had unders, sports bra and strap for the first week. I think it all depends on how you're progressing.

I got overs this time and i have been in a bra day and night since..
I still have the feeling of them falling out the bottom, so i will stay with it..

I had TT and BA on Oct. 17th. Silicone overs. I had no bandages , straps or anything. I was told I could wear a bra if I wanted. On day 3 I started wearing a soft bra during the day only.

I had silicone overs and my surgeon said I was not to wear a bra for at least 2 weeks. No strap, nothing. I wear a singlet top 24/7 - that's all. My surgeon has studied all over the world and he says going braless lets gravity help the implant 'settle' down instead of riding high. I must admit I'm so sore and swollen I couldn't imagine putting a bra anywhere near them anyway!!!
Apparently all surgeons differ but mine is adament not to wear a bra or strap.

OVERS.. PS told me to wear sports bra at least a month..
