I've been reading a lot about dropping and fluffing. Does this happen with silicone overs?

i had subfascials (which is pretty much like overs). I had a drop but no fluff. once the swelling went down, what you see is what you get. I have been the same size now for about a month. The implants are relaxing down so i am getting some kind of crease, but size wise, no change.

i agree with Kat.

with overs what you are seeing at 17 days post op is indicative of what you will be at 17 months. the difference is in the way they jiggle and move around, but size is more or less the same. they might grow slightly, but not significantly.

mine are similar to yours. 360cc cogel overs. i went from a 34A to a 34D.

Mine changed !

It was a shock, around 5 months..my ps told me at 8 weeks, I was done...but mine took a while longer than the average 'overs' to soften,, but when they did, they completely relaxed...I gained @ 1/2 " on each boob since the last time I had measured, it meant I filled the Ds out better...and they looked more natural...

I would say what the girls above have said is more the 'norm' for overs though...
