I was reading my post op instructios.It says use butternut-cascara..
Just a helpful advice i figured i would pass along...
Not sure if it works. I have been eating alot of fruit..
Trying not to take anything..

I was told to use a stool softener (no lax!) and when I finally gave in and took it, it worked wonderfully!

milk of magnesia did the trick for me! almost to well!

Dulcolax did it for me. The stool softners didn't work for me, nor any amount of eating fiber!
