Unhappy 1.5 days post op and uneven

HELP! just had my ba yesterday and i've noticed that one breast is higher than the other. My nipples are uneven! Please tell me this is normal. I went to my post op appointment and they told me just to keep my strap on and it should fall after time but it looks really odd and of course it makes me worry. Has anyone else had this and does it even out??

Im two and half weeks post op and mine are uneven and the left is currently larger and sitting a bit higher. I was SO concerned with being uneven that i was on the phone with the doctors office first thing that next morning after surgery! My biggest fear was having this happen. The nurse said that it is common for one to swell more than the other and they should even out. I went in for my post op on wednesday still uneven and my PS didnt seem to think that it was that big of a deal. She told me to massage my left downward for the next couple of days but not to much because it will make it drop to far. I finally got brave and started to somewhat show them off the other day wearing a tight fitted shirt to work. (I have been so embarrassed to show anyone because of the uneveness)The girls i work with said they couldnt tell the uneveness so maybe its just more noticeable when im looking at them naked. I started out pretty uneven so i dont expect perfection but i do hope mine even up a little more than they are now. From talking with the girls on here i found that ALOT of women had this problem and evened out around six weeks so i am still hopeful as should you be. This hurry up and wait game sucks!! Our girls have alot of changes ahead of them so we'll be playing this game for awhile. Hang in there!
