Braless to bed?
pre-ba, I've always gone to bed braless. Even when I had boobs prior to nursing my children, I went to bed braless. Now after BA, I have been going to bed bralass for about 2 months now. My question is, if I continue to go braless, will my implants slowly fall further to each side? I'm afraid of this and thinking I should go to bed with a sports bra on but everynight??? A sports bra to bed everynight forever?????

What does your PS say? Have you asked? Mine told me if slept bra-less pre-BA, to go ahead and go so now. I do, somtimes, but mostly not. I just feel like they need more support. I honestly don't mind wearing a sports bra. I find them pretty comfy. Or else I wear a cami with a shelf bra, not quite as much support but better than free falling.
If your PS ok's it, why don't you go braless half the time and wear a bra the other nights? Seems like a good compromise. Slinky |

my PS said it should not be a problem at all, anyway thats comfortable as long as it doesn't hurt of course.
my mom's had her implants like over 10 years, she NEVER sleeps with a bra on. in fact, she hates wearing bras period so imagine going out with her and her nips are saying "Hello!" and i'm like "mommmmm!" haha. her implants are fine though and she'll sleep on her back, side, stomach. |

My PS says its fine too, and I have been doing it for a couple days now (I'm 2 weeks post op today). I think whatever feels comfortable to you, then do it!

personally, i go braless whenever i can! whether its to bed, out of bed, around the house - and even out if my top is thick enough, meaning decent.
now with summer coming and t shirts and all, i start to wear bras, but if i can get away with a shelf bra, that's what i wear. i think sagging is an issue that would have presented itself pre BA. if your breasts were firm before your BA then you needn't worry, however if your breasts are not firm, then the added weight of the implant might give you sagging. now worth it imo. look at them as an investment and look after them

My ps cleared me at 6 weeks to wear any bra I wanted, or not wear a bra. I never wear a bra or any support at night.. I sleep in a soft wife beater type shirt. (cause my 11 ds will come in at odd hours)

I sleep braless - but mostly on my side - so they don't fall apart from one another - they get squished together!

I wear my wireless sports bra to bed. I just feel weird going without it probably because I always used to sleep in a bra pre ba. When summer comes around I'll probably wear a cami with inbuilt support. I was droopy looking before my ba and don't want any premmature sagging after spending $10.5 grand. I wish I felt comfortable enough to go braless at night but I'm too paranoid

That's me too! Also, I'm just now starting to be able to sleep on my stomach for short periods of time.

I'm a NO BRA woman in bed ! Like you, I didn't ever wear one, and my ps said it's up to me, I love the freedom, plus it makes me feel sexier for anytime during the night we might want to 'you know what' lol...
I've got better at wearing bras in my leisure time though

Bra less here, too!
At my 1 week post op the doctor said I would drop and fluff quicker if I didn't wear a bra. I never wore a bra to bed pre-ba and find it comforable not wearing one now.
I also wondered the same question you asked. Glad to put my mind at ease, too. Take care, Josie |

I sleep on my side too and so far, without a bra. Glad to hear that so many ladies sleep without a bra.
