Recovery ??

I am hoping to get my BA about june 30th. My concern is that I have a convention for my home based business on July30-Aug 2nd. Do you think I'll be okay to handle it? It shouldn't be strenuous physically as far as lifting and carrying things go, just busyness. What do you think?

Should be fine!

If as you say it is not physically demanding, it should not be a problem. I work in an office and went/drove 27 miles to work on day six.

I had to fly to Chicago for a 2 day conference 10 days after my BA and Ab Lipo . . . it's not something I would recommend! It was do-able, but I showed up at the airport in Chicago at 5pm for my trip back, and didn't walk in my house till 2:30 am the next morning, and I was MISERABLE!!!!!

HOWEVER . . . I'm at 24 days now, and it wouldn't be a problem at ALL now . . . so I think since you have 30 days out, you should be fine.

That's one month between and I think you'll be fine. Just get plenty of rest in between and still take it easy at your event!! You may not want to lift heavy heavy items, but check with your PS before you go and see if you'll be ready by then!!
