Hey! Well, I am happy to report the boobie blues have passed! I woke up to get in the shower and I first noticed that my boobies felt far less heavy! I am on my way to feeling normal! I am trying to get my kids to bed earlier b/c I notice that at night when I am tired, I am far more emotional. So more sleep has done wonders!

Thank you to all of you wonderful girls!! I couldn't have made it (sanely) without you all.

I understand exactly how you feel! I keep finding myself doing so much b/c I feel like I should and then I'm paying for it. When DH came home from work and the house was a disaster I felt kinda bad but i said "Sorry, it's been a bad day for me and I just couldn't do it!" and he totally understood. He even took two of the toddlers out of the house for a bit. I have 4 kids - three of them are at home w/ me and the oldest is spending a week with grandma (she does every year to get her a break from her 3 toddler siblings and get to play w/ her cousins her age). The three at home are ages 4, 3, and almost 2 and I'm finding it difficult to keep peace and I don't have the energy to entertain them all very well. . .I tried playing the wii with them yesterday and that was a mistake! Ouch! Caillou has been an excellent babysitter - That sounds TERRIBLE but its the truth! I've been feeling pretty guilty for not being able to pick any of them up either and it seems like everytime I sit on the sofa they attack fighting over who gets to sit on my lap! I'm actually kind of looking forward to going back to work this weekend, thinking that it will bring some bit of normalcy back into my life and perhaps make the days go by a bit faster. Good luck and I'll be counting down those days to a month post op too, hoping that I feel 'normal' again!
