Hi everyone, since i've learned so much from this site and from all the wonderful ladies here whom i call friends, i just want to return the favor and help all our newbie sisters.

Since im only 3 months post-op, one thing that i know has helped my girls soften, D&F, and just look more natural is through massaging. Here are some of the links that i found online that could also help you understand how to massage correctly (only if your PS gave you the go signal) As always, please check with your PS before you start massaging.

Can I just say, "THANK YOU!" for those links! You're awesome! After my ba, my ps said to just LIGHTLY massage down, in, and out. What he told me, resembles the first link....the last is great too! I am truly greatful for your post, as I'm sure others will be too!
