I don't think so, you might want to call your PS and ask. I was told no exercise, except for very light slow walking, for 3 weeks. The key is to not sweat or increase your blood pressure. Sorry I could not be more help.

NOOO! You do NOT want to do anything that would raise your heart rate, so squats are the last thing you should do. Hematoma's are scary. Don't risk it. Most PS's make you wait 3 weeks.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that CAN'T STAND not being able to work out.
I feel like I'm going to be out of shape with great boobs in four weeks! Silly.... I feel my muscle withering away! LOL

I already started doing lots of cardio - elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike - my PS said it was fine as long as it didn't hurt. I've been doing it for 5 days and started 5 days post op. The first day I went on a 6 mile walk so it wasn't necessarily hard and I went slow. I don't understand why the PS's opinions differ so drastically.
