how soon did you stop wearing bras?
My PS said I could stop wearing bras at night if I was more comfortable that way - I'm a little scared to! haha It would probably do lefty some good though, since the skin is irritated. So I'm curious - how soon you were comfortable enough to sleep bra-less??

i'm a month out and i started going braless with comfort about 3 weeks out. i have overs so i dont know if that sped it up a bit, but at night i am just getting comfortable now with sleeping without since im a side/stomach sleeper. i found that holding a really soft throw pillows to your chest helps. or try a looser sports bra to gradually go without. the change from bra to completely braless is definately a weird feeling.

I felt so uncomfortable at one point about 3 weeks in I wore an non-underwired bra to bed- it offers no support what-so-ever but I felt psychologically comforted by it! lol. Mentally I was wearing a bra but it reality I wasn't! It gave me a good nights sleep, but I went back to wearing sports bra's after that- I just needed one break! I've done it again since (about 4weeks post op), but I'm not advocating it- just sharing my experience! I wear sports bra's all day and night other then those times
