Worried about crease soreness

I am starting to get a little worried. The bottom of my breasts, just right where the crease begins are still a little numb and very sore. I didn't even have crease incisions! They are burning too. Not to mention that I switched from my surgical bra to my sports bra yesterday and the darn sports bra is irritating the area more. The sports bra (which my PS gave me) doesn't seem long enough. It rests right on the creases and rides up the bottom part of the breasts too. I think I might need a new sports bra. I can't imagine I need to go up to a 36 when I have a 27" ribcage!
I called my PS's office and one of the assistants said my PS is on vacation until end of July! I was like WTF??!! She asked if it was an emergency and I said no, so I have to call back and talk to a nurse on Monday. I am a little freaked out that this is not normal. My biggest paranoia regarding my entire BA is bottoming out. My PS never told me I would be risking this when I chose size, but she did give me a hard time about wanting to be all Boobs! Does anyone know if the soreness I am experiencing at the bottom of my breasts is normal at 3 weeks Post Op? Thanks for letting me vent!! You girls are the only ones that understand. My DH is sitting here telling me I am worrying about nothing!

I want to add

Just wanted to add that my nipples aren't higher than they should be and the implants aren't hanging down lower than they should without the bra on..so far no signs of bottoming out other than the discomfort on the lower part of breasts.

Wow your PS is going to be gone for a long time! When were you supposed to for a check-up again?

I wish I could help you with your question, but I'm sure some of the veterans will jump in!

It could just be the pressure from the implants dropping. You are a tiny person and did not start with a lot of loose skin from any pregnancies (like my own flat boobs, lol), so, it stands to reason that the implant moving into it's position is just causing pressure on the crease area. I would call Monday and ask the nurse though, the nurses at my PS office are very knowledgeable--I bet yours are too.

I'm not scheduled to see her until the first couple of days in December. She said if I needed anything just to call. I'll see what the nurses say. The girls have been doing some serious dropping this week...ithe soreness is probably due to that. Not to mention they must still be healing as I still have a little bit of swelling and numbness. I think I am just having a freak out moment! LOL!!
