Can you regain sensitivity?

I had a circumareolar mastopexy along with my BA. My right nipple is super sensitive, but I feel nothing when someone touches my left nipple. Will it be this way permanently, or is it common for sensitivity to gradually return? I had my operation exactly one month ago......

Yes, it's very common for some parts of your breasts to still be numb at this point. I think most ladies get all their feeling back. I'm over a year and rightie is normal but lefty is still a bit numb on the bottom half. My DH has to stay away from the nipple because it hurts when he gives it "attention".

Hi I had a crescent lift along with my ba and my left nipple is super sensitive and my right has lost feeling. I was wondering the same thing. I have decided that it it doesn't come back at least it gives me options. LOL
