Same happened to me too with 'only' 295cc.. I am often too big for 32D now.. but it's so difficult to find nice DDs.

I was really worried that my 300 cc's wouldn't be very big, too! But the doctor wouldn't go bigger than that, comfortably. I had my ba yesterday and I still can't tel if they look big or not. I definitely think they look GOOD, though, and I can't wait until they drop and hang more! so with 300 cc's you could definitley be a full C/small D. I am gonna go to Nordstroms and get measured next week, too... can't wait to hear what they say because I just have NO clue how they will turn out! It's so exciting though, I'm very happy!

It's interesting reading this because I, too, was going for a full B and got 280 ccs, and ended up a 34C, 32D (and started out with nothing!). So far I'm 6 weeks out, and I haven't really changed that much, just dropped quite a bit, and my PS says my swelling has gone down and what I have now is probably my final result. (I saw him yesterday). They will just "settle" more and get softer. For awhile there I was reading threads about how women were getting 400 ccs hoping for a full C, and it was really confusing! I guess it really is a crapshoot sometimes on how our bodies are going to take the implant! But yes, sometimes a surprise is a really good thing. Maybe it is a small-boned thing even though we aren't short? I am heavier now, but I am reeaaally small-boned. Before my daughter and gained a few pounds, I shopped in the teen girl section! So, maybe that's it...

It is really interesting how our bodies work. My ps also told me at my 2weeks post that I will stay the same size but expect them to drop more. "yes, sometimes a surprise is a really good thing" I have to agree. I would've really really freaked out if I had known I was going to end up this size before my BA...but maybe it's because augmented boobs look smaller or what I've always thought was a Dcup was wrong....I am really liking them =)

Yes, if my doctor had said "you are going to be a 32D" I would have flipped out! But it is funny, because in one way I'm larger than I expected, but in another way, it is not that big of a deal. I haven't had a chance to be very social yet, but it will be interesting to see if old friends ask questions... I was sooooo worried about people finding out, and I don't think they will. (Although, now that I'm on "the other side," I'm not as concerned about people finding out). So far I'm loving the fact that they can get dressed down or up, depending on the outfit or the bra.
