Morning Boob-When will it end?
I know this is normal. When I wake up...geez do they hurt. I am still so careful in the shower b/c the water running on them hurts. I also still must sleep on my back. It hurts on my side. Just wondering when this morning boob thing goes away....also about when does the pain go away? I know it's different for everyone. I still have pain, not bad at all but it's their. I am just 3 weeks out so i know it's expected just curious when these things will go away...

At my 3 week start the morning boob was starting to get less and less noticeable. For the past few days I have had it no more. Some heal faster than others though so I would say you will notice it getting better and then one day it will just be gone. Hang in there it will pass.

Lasted just a little over a month? First few weeks were the worst for me, plus I was still literally sore from the surgery so I guess that was nothing really unusual. From around 3rd to 4th weeks, it got better and better day-by-day. Hang in there, girl, it will be gone soon. Take care

I'm 11 days post-op and it's getting better everyday. For me, once I'm pretty much up and about it goes away. I have just a bit of soreness during the day at work but for the most part it's better than I thought it would. Hope everyone feels better really soon!

I'm almost 4 weeks post op, and I still find that I'm sore in the morning, but that only happens when I sleep on my side. The lack of support causes them to hang, I think, which is really hard on my muscles after 8+ hours. I just started sleeping on my side about a week or two ago, but it still isn't comfortable. So no worries.
I'm sure you'll be able to curl up and be cozy soon enough! Good luck! |

I'm just over 2 weeks post op. My hubby and I love our drinks. I notice that when I don't drink...morning boob is 100% less...it's almost like a "dried out, de-hydration thing" that makes it WAY more noticeable.

It was about 4 weeks out that mine finally went away completely. I continued to sleep in my compression bra while I had morning boob because it helped make the pain a little less. Now I'm sleeping comfortably in a cami with a shelf bra. It will go away, it just takes longer for some of us.
