Ok. So my soon to be sister-in-law is having a pre-wedding weekend getaway in about a month from now. We are all leaving the husbands and kids behind and heading for the beach!! I can't wait! The only problem is, I know that we aren't supposed to work out too hard after BA. Obviously I can't do any upper body exercising and this is ok, but is it possible for me to work out my legs and butt? I'm not talking about anything too difficult. Maybe just some squats, lunges, etc. It would be about my luck to finally have a body that can fill out a bikini top but still send people running in terror because of a flabby butt and thighs!!!!!!! lol I really want to feel confident in my bikini because I finally have my biggest problem area taken care of. The rest of my body is in pretty good shape, but I don't know how long it'll last if I can't work out. Oh, and how long before I can start doing ab exercises again? Any advice?
