I know so many people have posted about D&F'ing. I am wondering when you first noticed you were D&F''ing? And then when you started to look for a wireless/wire bra to replace your surgical bra? And when your boobs started becoming soft? And when you could actually move them around without worrying about them becoming "injured" aka cc/etc??

I am 6 weeks post op and PS just told me to stay in sports bras until my 3 month post op visit (which will actually be almost 4 months due to the date I had to schedule). He said they will still need to settle to the lower portion and the cup size could change when this happens.

You begin to notice drop changes within a week or so even if it is ever so slight. It was probably a week before I could really tell as far as softening ANY as well. At 6 weeks, mine are still firm but not anything like they were. They move now when I lay on my back, etc. My post BA pics will not be until 6 months due to the fact that even more changes can happen after I finally can wear real bras. It is a long process and is different for every patient.

I was able to get out of my surgical bra at 6 weeks, but no underwire bras. It's hard to find a nice bra without underwires these days. I am hoping once I can start wearing them, I might have some cleavage! ugh!
As for the D&F, I've dropped a lot...think I am almost done...I am almost three months, but as far as the fluffing...no sign of it for me.

bummer!

I started wearing a wireless bra on day 3 or 4 and my surgical one at night. I have definately found that my surgical bra is my most comfortable. I first starting noticing changes today actually, day 10. About injuries... I have no idea.
