Hello: This is my first time posting in the post op forum, although I've been reading posts for a while. I feel that I have no one to listen. I think my family is fed up with me talking about breast implants. Today is my 2 weeks post op, from a breast augmentation redo. My first BA was about 8 years ago. Back then, I got 200 moderate saline unders filled to 220L/210R. I ended up being a B. I was really flat, but I don't know really if I was an A or AA, but I'm guessing maybe AA since around 100 cc's gives a cup a with 210 I was B. About 2 years ago,due to family and personal situations,I lost a lot of weight. So I guess you know what happened...My perky breasts dropped ( 17 " to 19") and I lost a lot of volume in my breast. I was measuring 34 A. This time around, I wanted to be at least a small C. My plastic surgeon placed 325 mod saline unders filled to 375L/360R. I'm a 34 B right now. I know everybody talks about D&F, but I look " done", not like most girls at 2 weeks. I don't think I look like I need to D&F. This is not what I wanted. I look mostly like I did before loosing weight, but less perky. I guess I really lost a lot of weight. Maybe I was now AAA or the smallest cup. I'm so depressed.I really needed to boost my self esteem after 2 really bad years...the money spent, the surgery,2 years thinking that this was my last hope to feel attractive again. It was all a waste. Thank you for taking your time to read my post |

Oh hunny, I really feel for you. I had my first BA 2 weeks ago and was hoping for a full C/baby D and am measuring 34B at the moment and it is getting me down too. Everyone keeps saying to me give it time, and even though it is hard that is all you can do at the moment. Hopefully you will D&F and gain some size but if you are really not happy by 6 months/1 year then speak to your plastic surgeon again I'm sure he would prefer you to be a happy client of his and may consider a discount (don't know until you ask!) Never give up hope that things will get better I know it is so easy to get down in the dumps but I bet you are a beautiful person, and plenty of people will see that. If you need to boost your self esteem why don't you go and have a makeover or haircut go do shopping then go out with some girlfriends and get some male attention! I bet in the right bra your boobs will look great and turn some heads! Hope you feel better soon x x

We're here for you! I'm so sorry you are so sad. Most of our families get tired of hearing us talk about boobies so that's not unusual. That's what JBI is for. We understand and you will find lots of support here. Being just at 2 weeks I think you might need to give it more time. I think 375cc is a significant amount though I don't know your stats. Here's sending a big group hug to ya.... |

I'm really sorry that you are feelilng so down, this is supposed to be a very exciting time. You have to remember though that you are only two weeks out and I don't know if it's possible to have dropped and fluffed in that quick of a time. I would just give it some time and when you go back to your plastic surgeon for a follow up ask him. I went to mine last week and he told me I was making steady progress and I still had a ways to drop.

I feel for you too! I was very small not an A when I started and I have a reg ole Ccup now. I believe you will d&f more than 2 weeks. I don't have that as I have overs so atleast you have hope. No one that didn't know I was getting them even notices me cause I wore a padded bra before and now I have to wear a push dow sports bra. I am just holding on to push up bras and tank tops. Hey it is going to be way more fun to by a c than a nearly a right. I bet you look great! I do understand though. feel good |

Thank you for your kind words. Regardless, I do feel that mine , at 2 weeks, are done with D&F, and I'm a 34 B. I really want to be and look like a 34C, but I think is impossible, and that's one of the reasons I'm depressed with my BA results. My boyfriend helped me to take my measurements before the surgery and he told me that he thought I knew that with the 210 cc implants I had before I was a 34 A. I guess I didn't listen to him...otherwise, I would have chosen a bigger implant. ......My stats are 5'3 1/2", 102 pounds ( still trying to gain weight), don't remember my ribcage.

I've got 335cc mod's and i'm between C and D, i think. And i think i'm bigger framed and heavier than most of the gal's on this forum - 5'8" and around 160lbs. If you are in good shape and quite trim, your muscle may be tigher around the implant right now, and need more time to settle and adjust. ((((hugs))))) to you. I'm sorry you are feeling this way about it. |

and if you are going to plan on gaining some weight like you said in your post, that will add volume to the breasts as well. When I gain weight it goes straight to the boobs and the butt (which is why I like being about 10lbs over weight, it gives me curves), so you never know you could gain a bit of weight and they'll be a C+

I am sorry to hear you are so unhappy. You may "think" you are done but honestly 2 weeks post op is NOT the time to make a judgement call. You have some changes ahead, and you are still probably having the "emotional" after affects of surgery. Try to not dwell on size, and instead give your body more time to heal, and they look at your proportions.. I hope you feel happy soon... |

![]() | Hi There
Well, just to give you some info, I'm 5'2" 107 lbs and was a 30A or maybe smaller pre ba. I got saline, unders filled to 375 right and 425 left and at 3 months post op I am measuring at a 30DDD! I never imagined that would happen, but it did. Miracles do happen At first I looked smaller, but after months of dropping and finally fluffing, they look great. I wouldn't count your chickens before they hatch. Definately give it a few months and I'm sure you will be happy.Take care, Josie |

I have to think you will probably end up being a C at least. Even though it may not appear you have any changes left I'm sure you probably have some left. Even though mine looked pretty settled early on I didn't drop until a few days ago. I know I'm not done but at least it has begun. There's just no way that with 200 if you got a B and now you have almost 200 more cc's that you will remain a B. It just takes time and it gets frustrating on certain days when we don't see the changes occuring. Take lots of pictures so you can compare the day to day changes.
