Whats better Vit E oil or Bio oil??
Hey Gurls opinions please...not sure which to try..let me know how either of the 2 are working for you so I can try and decide!

i've been using the bio oil and its helped a lot for me they're pretty much the same thing tho so i dont think it even matters! just pick one and try it out for awhile or switch it up!

I use a mixture. I change it up daily. Currently I have been using BioOil, Aloe Vera gel and Virgin Coconut Oil found in Health Food Shops. I also have that silicone tape that the PS gave me. All seems to be working pretty well so far.

I use both.
I actually use Palmer's Coca Butter For Stretch Marks, Bio Oil, and Vitamin E ointment. So far my incisions are healing well and I have no stretch marks on my boobs.

i am supposed to use silicone scar sheets 24/7 for a minimum of 3 months post op. ahhh! thats gonna be tough!

ok i'll be the voice of decent,
tamanu oil lauren hutton makes a good one but the best one is the one by new chapter they have it in half strength mixed with olive oil or the straight one i buy the bottle that is straight tamanu and put it on my scars and then the bottle that is half from lauren hutton i put all over my breasts. I did this to my scars when i had another surgery and the scars healed so fast and were almost invisible.
