I know not "everyone" gets it, but alot of girls do!
My question is, did alot you get it!? Did anyone take pictures??? I am googling pictures
as we speak with not much luck! on seein any like mine

aww don't worry...like you said, you are verrrry early post op...you just have a good amount of dropping to do ~ I didn't get it...mine were actuallyy on the lower side..i took pix in my profile photo album....but I know there are girls on here who had it...so don't worry...i'm sure someone will chime in who had high boobs at first and tell ya everything will be okay....

I did not have frankenboob either BUT there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You are so early po and have so much dropping in your future!

Frankenboob here! I feel you. Im 14 days post op and my boobs are still up to my neck. For the first 10 days they were square and freakishlooking and all I could do was cry when I looked at them. I guess I thought they would look awesome like many of the girls here do right out of surgery. Thankfully the girls here kept encouraging me to be patient and wait for them to drop. Well, they are still up high but I am beginning to see some dropping on my righty which gave me a boost of self-esteem. They are softer since I began massaging and are not as square looking. I have some pics in my album. I had my 2 week post op yesterday and my PS reassured me that I am still very early on but he is very happy with my progress and told me it could take 3-6 months to get them to drop nicely into the pocket. He said I will also fluff out nicely and gain some of that side boob that I am dying to have. So today I feel soooo much happier and confident. I love seeing that I can actually fill out a sports bra for the first time ever and Im strating to feel sexy again. I was supposed to have returned to work today but I dont feel ready to be able to lift the 30 lbs of equipment I carry on my job so I'm staying off until the 25th.

Hang in there girl.... it WILL get better. Be good to yourself, dont compare yourself to everybody else like I did, and trust your PS. He is a professional and as long as you follow his lead you will have great results. I will post more pics as a continue to progress. GL and *hugs*

Try to relax and be patient. BA's are great but sometimes the recovery and waiting period for them to actually look good is not so fun! Keep taking pictures and I'm sure you will see progress on them dropping. I think they are going to look great!

OH YES, They were REALLY high at first, and for me, what was disorienting for a while was that my right boob was progressing faster than my left.... so you can imagine, frankenboobs and then FRANKENBOOB (no 's') LOL on one side only .. they both dropped though in time but I DO remember it!

I was realllllll slow in d&F

My doctor actually showed me pics of 1 and 5 day and 2 week post ops of women who had the same profile, HP's that i am gonna get and he said to not be shocked, that my boobs would be really high, and i said i understand, he says most women say that until it happens to them, but at 2 weeks, alot of these women had dropped some more than others and some just a bit. so its not abnormal. it needs time, and patience. and i know we want it now!!

yup, thats exacyly what he said.... and even though he said over and over again just how HIGH they would be! I am still like, these need to DROP like yesterday! hahaha I know, its gonna take awhile, ehh but It will be worth it I hope!

Unfortunately the right one has made itself at home in my neck and has decided to stay there for a while. It is actually embarrassing to wear anything that shows cleavage because it is Sooooo obviously higher than the other one. I go back for a check up tomorrow, I'm praying that he is going to tell me that the magic drop day is right around the corner. I am massaging like a lunatic, I touch, squeeze, push my boobs constantly. I did get caught by a parent at school the other day as I'm smushing my boob around in the pocket. Have faith, they will drop eventually.

Oh my god!!!! I am so scared of this (among other things) happening Awwwwwwwwwwww I hope yours drops real REAL soon! your almost there, that blows!!!

Mine felt like they were so high that I could pretty much rest my chin on them! Eeuw! They also felt like they were in my arm pits. Mine started dropping at about 4 weeks out and WOW the difference between 3 weeks and 4 weeks is really noticeable! I had my BA on the same day you did. Immediately after surgery they had a band put around my chest just under my armpits - yes it is a pain in the you know what. I also have on the sports bra they gave me and have to keep both on 24/7 at least until tomorrow, my first postop check. My boobies were just under my collarbone immediately after surgery but I can now put three fingers between my collarbone and the top of the new boobies. I was told the band was to help push the boobies down away from my collarbone and that seems to be working. But trust me it isn't very comfort

Inamed (allergan) style 20 HP's smooth, round, 450ccs, partial unders sils surgery date-sept 12 ribcage 27 inches chest pre op 31 inches/post op 34.5 inches (so far) waist 23-24 inches hips 34-35 inches 5f2, 95 lbs, 97.5 lbs with the implants!
