I'm not sure if someone mentioned this but I had one of those big pregnancy pillows around the house(they look like a big wavy horseshoe, that goes from under your head to your feet) and it worked wonders for sleeping propped up and supported. I helped me sleep great after my ba, so if you have one gice it a try!

I literally slept upright for a week (my surgeon told me to do so plus it was uncomfortable to lie on my back). Now I'm fine on my back just using two pillows. I used to be a side sleeper, and I REALLY miss it.

It's amazing how quickly you can take on a new sleep position when you absolutely have to though!
