Hi there, could use some input. I had my aug 6 days ago, I was a 34-AA and got 371 ccs mod profile (style 15) naturelle silicones under the muscle. (5'4" 123 lbs) I wanted a small C to medium C and was aiming for 330cc-360cc tops. I swear I'm a D or more. Huge. Doesn't softening/fluffing mean you'll get bigger cup-wise? Right now I'm two big bricks sticking out with some swelling and popping out of my biggest 36-C bra I wore while breastfeeding. This is so not me.

D&F doesn't mean you'll get bigger. You can get bigger, smaller or stay the same size when you D&F. At 6 days post-op, you still have swelling, so don't freak out just yet. Also, if you had small breasts pre-ba, ANYTHING looks big in the early post-op days. Just give things a little more time to settle and heal. What you're seeing now is not your final result.
