sfmommy, i just say my ps for my 2nd post op... the nurse showed me how to massage and man, it hurt like heck! or worse... i'm supposed to start today... yikes... i plan to do it in the shower with warm water and a moisturizing soap... i know it'll help, but it definitely was NO FUN!! oh, the price we pay...

btw, i've been totally bloated... it's getting better since i backed off the pain meds and could get back to my regular "schedule" if you know what i mean. still a little bit, though!! can't wait until that goes down. i should be pmsing right about now too, just waiting for 'little red riding hood' to come visit... hope it's soon!! yikes!!

Hubby & my sons are looking after me. It feels nice to be pampered a bit. The bloating is awful, though, feel like I'm 4 months pregnant.

glad to hear your recovery's going well and so glad to hear you're being pampered... that's how it should be... you're a blessed girl!! yes, still bloated, but not nearly as much since i backed of the meds... the pain killers and the antibiotics were 'backing me up' if you know what i mean. still a little bloated, though... but i think (hope) it's pms!! ha ha

but it all comes into perspective when i see the nice rack!! yippie!!!!!!!!!

It is good to know that the post op pain may not be so bad...my BA day is 09/15/08...little nervous...

Congratulations Dream! It is so nice to hear how excited you are. You seem to be taking all of the recovery pieces in stride.

Sounds like you are doing all the right things for the 'stopping up' - Swiss Kriss natural laxative works about 200x better than any other store bought.

Also, if you like blueberries and strawberries. I would also fill a bowl of both fruits with a little milk. The Swiss Kris and the berries worked in 1 day! Keep taking care!
