Hey sweety, I feel your pain. Have you tried a heating pad? That worked wonders for me. Hope you feel better, good luck to you!

The only thing that has been helping me with the back pain is my percocet. But of course even that takes forever to kick in. I know my back ache had gone away as of yesterday but then last night I tried to shower and ended having to have my hubby wash my hair and I ended up getting a horrible back ache again from leaning back and I still have it! Sorry I'm not much help I guess I just wanted to say I feel your pain!

I agree that a heating pad is the best route. They REALLY loosen up those muscles. I think you can find one at any pharmacy.

Hey Atomic Kitty, heating pad worked wonders for me too! Just for 10 minutes at a time when it began to hurt and it's pretty much gone! BTW, I was just in Panama City a few years back- we went to Panama for our honeymoon. Love, love, love Panama. Such a beautiful melting pot of beautiful people. Wishing you all the best...

hey girl well i had the most horrible pain in my back too. I woke up every half hour because of back pain and i couldnt lift myself up because i was so sore that i had to wake my bf up to help me(poor thing). well, i also used a heating pad but i also bought some icy hot balm to rub on my back. I loved it! but you cant use the heating pad and the icy hot at the same time so if the pad doesnt help alot with your back pain i suggest you get yourself some icy hot.

I had terrible back pain (middle back about where a bra band would be) after my surgery. Does anyone know why this happens? The back pain was worse than the breast pain for me. I used a heating pad and heated stick-on back pain patches (I think they are called wellpatches). I am now 6 weeks post surgery and my back still hurts at times in the same place. I really have to pay attention to my posture or it really gets me.

Thanx girls for the advice!!

Definitely getting a heating pad, i was reading on other threads that putting pillows under your kness also help because it gets tension of your lower back , whic i did and it worked. Today I will be getting the heating for tonight´s sleep. and some tylenol pm which was also recomended.

Big hugs to you all

Atomic Kitty, definitely Panama City, Panama!! We actually drove all over Panama for almost 3 weeks. It was so much fun and we really enjoyed the people. Have thought of living there someday, I felt very at home...
