Hey guys! It's been 2.5 mos since my BA. I think I have completely D & F'd and everything is healing as I think it should be but I have one question.... Where the heck is the crease under my boobs??? I've been waiting to say anything because I know it all takes time but now I'm not so sure. Don't get me wrong they aren't abnormal looking and like I said I haven't had any complications but I'm afraid I'm bottoming out since there is no actual fold at the bottom. You can see my scar since it's not in the crease... I was a 34B pre-BA so I didn't have a crease before since I was so small. Post-BA I'm a 36D and went with 400cc Silicone unders. Does this sound right?? Is there any reason for concern or is this normal? help me out here....???!?!?!?!?!?!

im waiting for responce on this too. mine look good, likethe shape and stuff, but i get what your saying, that theres no fold/crease so you can see the incisions when you look in the mirror, right? maybe they havent fully dropped yet? i was gnna ask my dr about it on tuesday...

I don't have any fold under my breasts, either. I'm more than a year out, and no change. To be perfectly honest, I would like the way they look better if I had a definite crease- I think my PS lowered my pockets a bit more than I would have really preferred. That said, I'm not bottoming out and there have been no changes there in all this time. I think it probably has more to do with how your PS performed the surgery, and his/her aesthetic vision. HTH

Do either of you ladies have nipples that are not centered on your breast?
This would be a sign of bottoming out from what I've read.
If not, I wouldn't worry.. I'm still seeing differences at 3.5 months out!

Yeah, I think I've read that nipple placement and them being uneven would be more of a sign of bottoming out. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong) I know at first (I'm only 8 days po) my right breast looked much lower than my left and I was concerned that I was bottoming out but both nipples are even so I think I'm okay. I still haven't seen my ps since surgery but hopefully everything is good. I know that some of you are pretty far out but maybe there will still be some changes in your future? Maybe you still have some dropping to do?

Star you know exactly what I'm talking about. Let me know what your doc says about that tomorrow please! My follow up isn't until Sept 12th and I don't want to wait that long to know if something is up.
To the other girls- my nipples are fine... where they should be but to me my boobs looking heavier on the bottom side. I would say they are sitting on my first rib and since they are that far down I assumed there would be a crease of some sort. It's like it goes from my chest, to boobs right into my tummy... sounds kinda funny but it's the only way I can explain it lol thanks for your input anyway!

In other words, your boobs don't "topple over". I know exactly what you mean. I think some women just have a more defined crease than others. Mine don't have a crease but I AM in fact a bit bottomed out. I've seen many women who are not bottomed out and their breasts don't topple over and make a crease either.......... maybe in time gravity will take it and make it happen?????????

For many women, creases just NEVER happen, because that's how their breasts are shaped. There are many girls here who have large implants who never develop creases -- it's surprising, but it's Mother Nature.

(I myself don't have creases -- neither before nor after implants)

One sign of bottoming out is if your nipple starts to appear to move off-center and point upwards. Maybe other ladies here who've experienced this problem can pipe in. But no, never developing creases definitely does not automatically mean you're bottoming out.

aw this makes me sad, cuz i dont think im ever gnna have the creases/ boob folding over then

cuz i never had them before, and now its like the same just bigger.

I understand what you mean. Whatever you were like before BA is basically what you will be after. In my case, my lefty was a size bigger than my righty. Left had a crease before and still has one. Righty didn't have one before and still doesnt. Kind of bothers me but I guess they are what they are.

Great post, I have been wondering about this myself. I have silicone overs and no crease in sight on lefty, though I do have it on righty. Neither nipple is pointing up so I guess I am not bottoming out, but I really want to be more round and have a crease! Fingers crossed with you!
